The Roomba j7 robot vacuum offers 10x stronger suction power than the Roomba 600 series cleaning system. It is intelligent enough to avoid cables and pet waste using its "PrecisionVision Navigation". It sends you photos of detected obstacles so you can tell it whether to avoid them or clean around them. Furthermore, it gathers insights into your preferred operating times and the level of dirt. For example, you can program it to always clean your home when you're away, or to clean certain areas more intensely during specific seasons. The data collected by the device is encrypted and securely stored by iRobot and used exclusively to improve the robot's performance and adapt it to your needs.
Equipped to clean your home thoroughly and conveniently
For cleaning, the Roomba j7 is equipped with an edge brush for walls and corners, as well as two unique rubber brushes that flexibly adapt to all floors and in which pet hair does not get tangled. Thanks to "Dirt Detect" technology, the robot vacuum cleaner recognizes heavily soiled areas in your home and cleans them particularly thoroughly. When its battery level gets low, it autonomously returns to its charging station to recharge. Afterwards, it continues exactly where it left off. In addition to settings for basic cleaning and room-to-room cleaning, you can also send the Roomba j7 to a specific spot at any time. This allows the device to pick up dirt when and where it occurs.
Automatic detection of larger dirt accumulations
The "DirtDetect" sensors identify areas with heavier soiling, for example, in front of the entrance door or under the dining table. They then instruct the device to clean these areas particularly intensively.
Tailor cleaning to your needs with the Home App
The iRobot Home App is designed to make cleaning your floors with your robot vacuum or mop as easy and versatile as possible. One of the main functions is creating a room plan with cleaning and keep-out zones defined by you. For example, you can define the area under and around the dining table as a zone and then use it in your cleaning schedules. If you don't want the robot to navigate through the castle of building blocks, define the children's room as a keep-out zone. With the cleaning schedules you create, you determine when and where the cleaning robot should automatically do its work. Furthermore, the app provides helpful recommendations and notifications, and you can connect it with other Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa compatible devices.
